“Had pleasant stay at Montcler hotel, our first impress as we walked into grand lobby was "WOW" lobby was recently renovated with coffee service with lodge feel. Rooms are ecofriendly, well maintained upscale feel. Staff was welcoming, quick check-in and great stay. We will comeback for our corporate stay. Nice amenities, good functional gym, newer televisions and excellent stay.”

“You get what you pay for but jeeze, dirty, terrible stale "breakfast", we stayed for 5 nights and the room didn't get cleaned one time, they only changed the trash 3 times. The hallways and common area were in the 80s and the whole place smelled like weed.”

“This was just fir 1 night for my granddaughters pre birthday. We took her to Ragging Waves that was a 7 minute drive from the hotel. The stay was nice, the front desk clerk was super nice as well as the rooms. The bed was the best! We all said that we slept like babies! It was a joy staying for 1 night.”

“I've stayed here a few times on work trips to Naperville. Has generally been very good, but this last time was not. Hotel was just generally dirty - hallways, lobbies, etc. Room was fairly clean. Shower had a constant drip that if the shower door was left open, would splash onto the walls and the floor, leaving a puddle and soaking the wall. Toilet had trouble flushing. “We booked this room and arrived to find a family living there. The family said this has happened on several occasions. We called the host number and he said the property should not have been listed. I contacted Expedia and they refunded us the payment but we were left trying to find accommodations for 7 people last minute.”
